Since 2017, Derek has worked for The College Board as the Senior Director, AP Coordinator Experience. A former AP coordinator with more than 15 years in the role, he has a passion for AP and specifically working alongside his "favorite people in all of education."
Karli Tsuge is a high school counselor and the AP cordinator at her alumni high school, Costa Mesa High School. This is the third high school in which she has had the position of AP coordinator over the last 10 years. Being the only AP coordinator in her school building, she enjoys every opportunity to connect worldwide to make her AP program the best it can be for her students!
